Working with Mace Dragados

Mace Dragados uses PAS91, The Common Assessment Standard (to the levels indicated below), as the minimum pre-requisite accreditation standard that all subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers must achieve to work on Euston and Curzon Street Stations. Below, you can see  a schedule containing the specific requirements.

We accept accreditation via any of the providers below – just select the image and right click to open the link to their relevant webpage

Subcontractors whose works are within live Rail or London Underground environments will also require an Achilles Linkup or a Rail Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) Accreditation.

We also encourage our supply chain members to join The Supply Chain Sustainability School  https://www.supplychainschool.co.uk/ and SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) https://www.sedex.com/ although this is not a mandatory requirement

All opportunities to work on the HS2 Euston Station project will be posted on this CompeteFor portal by MDjv and its subcontractors. It is the single reference point for procurement information.

For guidance on how to register on and use the CompeteFor portal see  https://www.competefor.com/

Procurement Process

Following an initial selection from the CompeteFor responses, we will then undertake a pre-qualification process to select a minimum of three bidders for each package.

Once a tender has been issued to the pre-qualified bidders, we may undertake mid-tender interviews before carrying out a robust evaluation process of all bids received using a balanced scorecard process. This will include several criteria including equality, diversity, health and safety, environmental, employee relations, commercial/technical, and relevant experience and competency.
