Euston Station
UPDATE MARCH 2023
HS2 have instructed Mace Dragados to “pause” construction of the new HS2 Euston Station for a period of circa two years. During this period we will only be completing some of the early works packages that had already commenced on site
We are unlikely to be publishing any further opportunities for new works for the foreseeable future
Once complete, HS2 will more than double the number of seats out of Euston station during peak hours and free up space on the west coast mainline for more local and long distance commuter services to places like Watford, Northampton and Milton Keynes.

HS2 will transform Euston station. The redevelopment will create the opportunity for up to 16,000 new jobs and 2,200 homes as part of a wider masterplan.
On behalf of HS2, we will construct at least ten new 400m long platforms, a new concourse and improved connections to Euston and Euston Square Underground stations, along with a host of other important features. At the moment, we are continuing to deliver the enabling works, with the main construction not due to start until late 2023.
