As a company we are looking for a supply chain who can support North West & Central Region in demonstrating and achieving our Regional annual performance Targets set against this scorecard.
Whilst some of you will have been familiar with the previous scorecards, recently these measures have been updated and they are now based on the four key elements of the Network Rail vision. These are:
With this change, the scorecard now measures what matters most to those Network Rail serves.
There are 12 measures – some are new and some have been used before. These act as a barometer for the organisation. The scorecard is designed for colleagues but should also make sense to passengers and stakeholders and reflect their experience of Network Rail.
