The upcoming meeting of the Doncaster Rail Partnership brings together key decision makers from within the rail supply chain and railway construction industry for a morning of networking and business development.
The event will focus upon the opportunities coming forward both in the long and short term, from the construction of the new £70m Hitachi maintenance facility at Balby Carr depot, Doncaster, to the forthcoming tender opportunities with the construction of HS2.
The event will also look at the future of rail infrastructure provision both HS2 and beyond with a vision for trading corridors of the future and Doncaster’s key role discussed.
Finally an update on Doncaster’s submission to be the home of the proposed High Speed Railway college will be received followed by a question and answer session to follow.
