Contractors sought for London construction framework

A framework worth up to £4bn for construction projects for housing associations and public bodies in London is seeking contractors.

The London Construction Programme Major Works 2014 framework contract notice which was published on 21st February 2014 is estimated to be worth £1bn to £4bn.

The contract is divided into 30 lots and includes new build, refurbishment, development, retrofit and fit out covering a wide range of projects such as housing, schools, commercial, leisure, cultural health and office buildings.

The tender is being managed by Haringey Council and potential suppliers can bid for one or more of the lots via www.delta-esourcing.com.
