PPP Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n

This publication sets out the strategy of the Programme and Project Partners (PPP) for the next 5 years, 2023 to 2028.<\/p>\n

It contains an overview of PPP\u2019s purpose and it\u2019s work to deliver a pipeline of major projects at Sellafield, supported by a roadmap of steps the partnership will take in the coming years to realise<\/p>\n

the business case benefits of the PPP model.<\/p>\n

The partnership brings together KBR, Amentum, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Altrad Babcock and Sellafield Ltd, as one team, to deliver a 20-year pipeline of major infrastructure projects at Sellafield.<\/p>\n

PPP Supply Chain Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n

This document outlines the engagement principles, how the Programme and Project Partners is structured and what we expect our supply chain to deliver over the next 18-year period.<\/p>\n

It is anticipated that this strategy sets out the near term (2 year) horizon and the partnership will measure performance and update the strategy to ensure we achieve a robust and collaborative supply chain.<\/p>\n

The Programme and Project Partners approach to supply chain aligns and enforces the best practice principles contained within HM Treasury Routemap, Project 13 and the Construction Playbook.<\/p>\n

The supply chain strategy seeks to foster long-term relationships with the supply chain who, given equitable contracting terms, detailed opportunity visibility and aligned incentivisation will jointly deliver the portfolio of works and therefore directly contribute to the 5 Programme and Project Partners critical success factors.<\/p>\n
