SCS is made of diverse talent from different backgrounds, and we are committed to building a culture that\u2019s inclusive to empower all our people to thrive.<\/li>\n<li>As a member of our supply chain there will be a variety of methods in which you can gain support from the project on matters related to Equality, Diversity &amp; Inclusion.<\/li>\n<li>Our project is home to four staff networks:\n<ul>\n<li>Female Advocates in Infrastructure and Rail (FAIR)<\/li>\n<li>LGBT+ and Allies<\/li>\n<li>RACE network<\/li>\n<li>Carer\u2019s network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, employment, and education (SEE)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Skills, Employment and Education is one of HS2\u2019s seven strategic objectives and is critical in achieving our joint vision of HS2 being a \u2018catalyst for growth across Britain\u2019, the vision set out by HS2 aims to help the next generation to develop the skills to not only to build the railway but to deliver the project pipeline for future UK infrastructure projects and to leave a lasting skills legacy for the country.<\/p>\n<p>The skills, employment and education team are focused on finding talent within the local community to help us build a world class railway.
