It aligns with our continued focus on strengthening colleague voice, enhancing inclusion, and improving everyday workplace experiences across the airport. By investing in facilities, engagement, and innovation, we are working to make Heathrow an exceptional place for everyonewho works here.<\/p>\n<p>To help bring this vision to life, we are inviting SMEs to put forward creative and sustainable ideas that can transform both the physical environment and the overall colleague experience.
