Heathrow\u2019s agenda on sustainability has evolved over the past several years meaning some of the aspects we were seeking as improvements before are now expected standard practice at the airport. In order to provide goods, works or services at Heathrow there are certain elements we must all comply with readily.<\/p>\n

Heathrow is committed to the Modern Slavery Act and requires all suppliers to adhere to contractual obligations relating to modern slavery. As part of our supplier selection process, those operating in medium and high labour risk categories must now commit to working with one of Heathrow\u2019s approved external working conditions assessors and undertake an independent modern slavery assessment.<\/p>\n

Heathrow remains accredited by the Living Wage Foundation and requires all suppliers to pay the London Living Wage.<\/p>\n

We are also a proud signatory of the Fair Payment Code (FPC)<\/a>, formerly known as the Prompt Payment Code. The FPC promotes best practices in payment performance.<\/p>\n

Suppliers should also join The Supply Chain Sustainability School<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    \nSelect this to activate alerts on your profile – you can update key words for example \u201cHeathrow\u201d & your business category.
    \nWhen an opportunity is posted with one of your key words or categories, you should receive an email alert.<\/li>\n
