Workshop 3 – Guide to Effective Tendering – Midlands & Wales – £115.00

Overview

Probably the easiest way to describe the tender stage is that it is an opportunity for you to explain to public sector buyers how you will fulfil their needs and requirements should you win the contract.

By the time that you get to the tender stage you should already have proved that you have the capability and capacity to deliver what they are looking for and that you have done it before.

This workshop is designed to provide you with insight into how the public sector will typically approach the tender stage. It will also explain what buyers can and cannot do and importantly how they should communicate their approach to you.

It will cover the key aspects of the tender stage and, at relevant points during the presentation, the presenter will provide tips on how to maximise your chances of success.
